The hotel has been beautifully refurbished. My beautiful room offered fine sea views. The bathroom had a huge walk-in shower (it was very spacious).

Some staff seemed impolite if I didn't speak Spanish.

the renovated beautiful queen room had a walk-in shower and spotlessly clean space. Housekeeping did a fab job. breakfast selections were also delicious. I especially loved the coffee cookies. the staff were really good. Every person was warm and courteous!

the poolside restaurant had slower service than i expected! it was hard to get a server's attention for drinks.

the poolside team provided top class service. paul, the mixologist, made cocktails tailored to personal tastes. nahuel, the pool host, treated guests like vips, ensuring comfort and providing everything needed. facundo, the poolside server, paid attention to details, personalizing the service.
